MyLINK Engage Server Migration to Frankfurt
We would like to inform you about an upcoming infrastructure change affecting linkmobility.eu and MyLINK Engage.
On 23 February 2027, we plan to relocate our server infrastructure from Vienna, Austria, to Frankfurt, Germany.
This migration is part of our ongoing investment in a secure, reliable and future-ready infrastructure. Your data will continue to be stored and processed exclusively within the European Union.
Do you need to take action?
For most customers, no action is required. We will manage the migration by updating the DNS records on our end. Your existing access points, integrations and services will remain unchanged.
However, if your organization uses firewall rules or IP allowlisting, you must add the new Frankfurt IP range to your network configuration before 23 February 2027.
The new IP addresses will be assigned within the following range:
149.126.189.128/27
If your organization uses firewall restrictions, please review the following:
1. Access from your systems to LINK Mobility services
Please allow connections to the following services or hostnames using the new IP range:
- api.linkmobility.eu
- ftp.linkmobility.eu
- mailer.linkmobility.eu
- smpp.linkmobility.eu
- app.linkmobility.eu
- go.linkmobility.eu
- forms.linkmobility.eu
2. Access from LINK Mobility services to your systems (webhooks)
If you receive webhooks from LINK Mobility, please also allow incoming connections from the IP range 149.126.189.128/27 to ensure continued webhook delivery.
Important: Please add the new IP range alongside your existing allowed IP addresses. Do not remove your current IP addresses at this stage.
If you are unsure whether these changes apply to your organization, we recommend forwarding this information to your IT or network administrator.
