Message Logs

The Logs view is a searchable archive of all API messages (sent and received).

Features include

  • Search by phone number, message ID, message content, or status (via Dashboard).
  • View detailed response metadata (status, timestamps, message ID, ref ID)
  • Export logs to CSV using the reporting feature.
  • Logs retained for 90 days

Logs may contain personal data (e.g., phone numbers). Access is subject to portal permission levels and GDPR compliance.
