Sender ID registration requirements
To register an alpha sender for traffic in Brazil, please provide the necessary information to Sales or support for assistance with sender ID registration. While registration is possible, it is not mandatory.
Registration is available for operators TIM, Claro, and Vivo, but it is not a requirement.
Required Information for Registration
- Sender ID (must consist only of the brand name, up to 11 characters, in capital letters, without special characters including spaces and underscores)
- Content samples
- Company name
- Company URL
- Company address (the headquarters must be located in Brazil; otherwise, registration cannot be completed)
- LOA signed by an authorized representative of the company
Registration may take up to 60 days.
