Sender ID registration requirements
To send traffic to Canada, it is necessary to register your sender ID. Please complete the required form and submit it to Sales or support for assistance with sender ID registration. The same toll-free number (TFN) can be utilized for sending traffic to the USA. Pricing may vary; please contact Sales for the current rates regarding sender ID registration.
Traffic must be registered in advance. Please note that operator Bell Mobility does not provide Delivery Receipts (DLR).
Disallowed content
The following content is prohibited:
- High Risk Financial Services
- Debt Forgiveness
- Get Rich Quick Schemes
- Illegal Substances (Cannabis etc.)
- Phishing
- Fraud or Scam
- Deceptive Marketing
Violations may result in the suspension of sending rights and other penalties.
During the opt-in process, it is essential to obtain express consent for the type of traffic being used. For instance, if sending marketing messages, include a checkbox stating: 'I agree to receive marketing messages from this company.'
Pricing varies: Contact Sales for current sender ID registration rates.
Additional information for partners and resellers
Partners and resellers must ensure that their customers are aware that the end customer, as the actual sender of the message, is responsible for the use, accuracy, and registration of the Sender ID. This includes ensuring that all required registrations, approvals, and supporting documentation are completed in accordance with applicable local requirements before traffic is sent.
LINK Mobility does not register Sender IDs on behalf of partners’ or resellers’ customers, unless otherwise agreed. LINK Mobility may provide support to partners and end customers throughout the registration process. Responsibility for providing correct information, obtaining any required approvals, and complying with mandatory Sender ID registration processes remains with the end customer. Partners and resellers should inform their customers of these obligations before sending traffic to destinations where Sender ID registration is mandatory.
