Sender ID registration requirements
To register a sender ID for traffic in Italy, please provide the necessary information to Sales or support for assistance with sender ID registration. Registration is required and is available to European companies or international companies with a suboffice in Italy. International companies outside Europe must complete a Letter of Authorization (LOA).
European companies or international companies with a suboffice in Italy are eligible to register Alpha Senders. International companies outside Europe must complete a Letter of Authorization (LOA). Italian companies or international companies with a suboffice in Italy can apply for Italian long number.
Italian companies or international with Italian suboffice
Please complete the following sheet and send it to Sales or support for assistance with sender ID registration to be whitelisted with the supplier and added to the route.
Please notice that to register you need to provide a PEC email (Italian secure email). If you don’t have that, then you can provide contact email instead (this is possible only for non-Italian European companies).
Make sure to include all required documents to ensure a smooth registration process.

Additional information for partners and resellers
Partners and resellers must ensure that their customers are aware that the end customer, as the actual sender of the message, is responsible for the use, accuracy, and registration of the Sender ID. This includes ensuring that all required registrations, approvals, and supporting documentation are completed in accordance with applicable local requirements before traffic is sent.
LINK Mobility does not register Sender IDs on behalf of partners’ or resellers’ customers, unless otherwise agreed. LINK Mobility may provide support to partners and end customers throughout the registration process. Responsibility for providing correct information, obtaining any required approvals, and complying with mandatory Sender ID registration processes remains with the end customer. Partners and resellers should inform their customers of these obligations before sending traffic to destinations where Sender ID registration is mandatory.
